About the Role

We are seeking a swiss army knife, entrepreneurial Business Operations Lead with a deep focus on finance who loves wearing multiple hats and gets a rush from solving complex problems. Must haves are strong finance skills and a passion for problem solving. Everything else can be learnt on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Board prep

  • Own and maintain the company P&L, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
  • Lead ARR modelling, revenue forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Build and maintain expense forecasts across departments.
  • Conduct cohort analysis for revenue, retention, and unit economics.
  • Prepare board-ready materials

Customer Renewals & Usage Insights

  • Partner with Customer Success to streamline renewals and reduce churn.
  • Build frameworks and dashboards to track usage, ROI, and expansion potential.

Sales Operations & Efficiency

  • Own sales productivity reporting, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Optimize sales tooling, processes, hand-offs, and data hygiene.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements across the GTM engine.

Operational Excellence (HR, Tax, Accounting, etc.)

  • Support operational processes across HR, payroll and state compliance.
  • Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors

Strategic & Special Projects

  • Take on high-impact, cross-functional special projects as organizational needs evolve.
  • Drive project scoping, analysis, execution, and measurement.
  • Act as a utility player who fills critical gaps across teams.

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience in BizOps, FP&A, Consulting, Finance, or similar functions.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, ARR modelling, forecasting, and cohort analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesise complex information.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to “build the plane while flying it.”
