About the role:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Compliance Lead with exceptional communication and problem solving skills to support our customers and help drive  the development and management of our licensing products. We are looking for someone who looks at a problem and thinks about 10 ways to solve it vs. defaulting to “this is how it's been done for years”. We are looking for someone who lights up at the thought of converting customer feedback into product features and working directly with the engineering team to make that happen. The  ideal candidate will excel at explaining complex regulatory concepts in a clear, approachable manner, ensuring customers feel confident and informed throughout the process. This person should be excited about making an  impact in  our  customers'  lives  but also excited to build the future of licensing by being part of a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the customer point of contact for for a variety of new application and renewal products
• Be the voice of the customer in product meetings to help define the product roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering to build products that bring our customer joy
• Maintain strong regulatory relationships with state regulators
• Embrace the opportunity to wear multiple hats within the organization
• Be the compliance expert and stay abreast of changes in licensing regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven  experience  in a compliance role handling state regulatory licensing. Experience in cryptocurrency licensing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with a variety of customers and scenarios.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and product team
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for addressing customer pain points.
• Ability  to  thrive  in  a  fast-paced,  multi-role  environment,  demonstrating  flexibility  and adaptability.
• Resourceful  and  entrepreneurial,  with  strong  problem-solving  skills  and  the  drive  and skills to move multiple complex projects forward.
