Compliance Lead

As Compliance Lead, you'll be the expert customers rely on as they apply for and renew state licenses. You'll explain complex regulatory requirements in plain language, so customers feel confident at every step.

You'll also help build the product. You'll turn customer feedback into features, work directly with engineering, and help decide what Brico builds next. This role suits someone who looks at a problem and sees ten ways to solve it, not the way it's always been done.

• Proven experience in a compliance role handling state regulatory licensing
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and regulators alike
• Experience working with engineering and product teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the drive to move several complex projects forward at once
• Comfort in a fast-paced role that spans several functions
